Just stopping by, in between shopping for school supplies (Do we really need this? They don’t have the right one! Why did I just spend so much money? What do you mean you forgot something??) and shoes (somehow kids’ shoes tend to develop holes right before the school year) and catching up on eye doctor and dentist appointments while our schedule is free… You get the picture. Nevertheless, despite all of that, this Shabbos is Rosh Chodesh Elul! Time to think about next year.
